GROUND INVESTIGATION
High-level core samples recovered by a COMACCHIO 305 rotary rig
Our investigation work produces a high level of core samples and this is carried out by use of a COMACCHIO 305 rotary rig.
A number of techniques are used to achieve the needs of the investigation such as;
- Flush techniques; Low pressure water flush/Low pressured air and water mist.
- Thick mud polymers.
- Limestone probing
- Odex system
- Unexploded Ordinates Support with stainless steel casing.
- Bentonite grouting
The mobilisation of our rotary rig is through use of a DAF HGV Lorry and the rig itself has full LOLER certification and is fitted with full safety cage.
